Ingredients for crepe:
1/3 cup Just Egg
1 1/2 cups water
1.5 cups Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Flour
2 T sugar
Dash of salt
Ingredients for filling:
1 wayfare cream cheese
1 vanilla coconut yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Blend crepe ingredients together, add 1 T oil and mix well. Fry mixture into crepes
Mix filling ingredients together and fill crepes.
Bake for 15-20 min

I made some changes and worked great I used regular flour and the recipe calls for 1.5 c water, I used 1 c ripple and 1/2 c WATer. Came out delicious
