Chocolate "Cheese" Cupcakes (dairy free)

Ingredients for cheese filling:

8 oz. tofutti cream cheese

1 egg  or 1/3 cup applesauce

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla sugar

Mix all by hand

 

Ingredients for chocolate cupcake: 

1.5 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup water

1/2 cup oil

1 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract sugar

Mix by hand

 

Ingredients for topping:

1 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup oil

1 tsp vanilla sugar

 

Directions:

Fill cupcake holders 3/4 full with cupcake batter. Cut cheese filling into 16 parts and drop inside the cupcake holders. Add topping and bake on 350 for 25-35 minutes
