Ingredients:
2 slices of club steak
1 large onion sliced
Olive oil and spices
Put some oil and sliced onion on the bottom of the instant pot and put it on sautee mode for five minutes. Add the steaks and sautee for another minute on each side. Shut off sautee mode. Add some more oil, lots of onion powder, salt and a little pepper to the top of the steaks. Put a little water on the sides of the meat. Cover it and cook it on meat mode for 1 hr. This freezes nicely.
