3.5 oz. Instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbs. Vanilla
1/2 cup plus 1Tbsp oil
1 cup of potato starch
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together with a fork. Then add the potato starch and chocolate chips and make it into little balls. Flatten the balls before baking them.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Add a few chocolate chips on top when it comes out of the oven. Don't move the cookies until they are cool and firm. Don't overbake the cookies or they will get hard.

I didnt make this particular recipe but last pesach i baked everything with tapioca starch instead of potato starch and everything worked out fine
