Egg, wheat and nut free chocolate cake

Thank you Penina for posting this delicious cake every year on the whatsapp chat. We don't know who to give credit to the recipe but since its so popular we don't want anyone who has allergies to miss out on such a great recipe. Ingredients:

3/4 cup cocoa

2 cup sugar

1.5 tsp baking powder 

1.5 tsp baking soda

2 tsp vanilla

1 3/4 cup potato starch

1 cup coffee whitener ( can use 3/4 cup apple or orange juice)

1/2 cup oil

1 cup boiling water (add last)

Preheat oven 350

Combine dry stuff, add oil, coffee whitener(juice) Add in hot water last. For extra chocolate gooey taste add in some chocolate chips to the batter right before you bake it.

Makes a 9x13 pan or you can make a small pan and the rest of the batter put in ramakins and underbake it to be a delicious dessert. Top with ice cream.

Bake on 350 for 30 minutes

Ramakins bake less

Middle might be a little raw but it taste delicious that way
