We don't know who to give credit to the recipe but since its so popular we don't want anyone who has allergies to miss out on such a great recipe. Ingredients:

3/4 cup cocoa

2 cup sugar

1.5 tsp baking powder 

1.5 tsp baking soda

2 tsp vanilla

1 3/4 cup potato starch

1 cup coffee whitener ( can use apple or orange juice)

1/2 cup oil

1 cup boiling water (add last)

Preheat oven 350

Combine dry stuff, add oil, coffee whitener. Add in hot water last

Bake on 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
