Ingredients:
2nd cut brisket
2 large onions diced
spices
Recipe:
Sautée onions in nice amount of oil and place on bottom of instapot.
Wash the meat and pat it dry.
Put the meat over the onions and then put nice amount of salt, onion powder and black pepper on top of the meat.
Add the sautéed onions on top of brisket.
Add a drop of water to the sides.
Cook it on instapot meat setting and pressure cooker setting for 1 hour and shred it when soft
Freezes well.
*It can also be made in the oven

I made this recipe in the crock pot for shabbos day instead of cholunt and it came out soft and amazing.
