2-3 medium size Korean yams or 5-6 large potatoes
1 medium zucchini
1 medium onion
2 T oil
4-5 T gluten free flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Grate yams or potatoes, zucchini and onion using the kugel blade of the food processor.
Mix in oil, flour and spices.
Fry in oil until golden brown, flipping when the edges begin to brown.
