Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbs oil
3 Tbs soy milk
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Chocolate coins
Mix ingredients together if its very runny then refridgerate the dough for 30 minutes, then make into balls (wet your hands so it’s easier)
Cookie balls will flatten on their own so leave space in between each one
Bake it on greased pan or on parchment paper for 15-20 minutes
Put on the chocolate coin when the cookie is still hot
Put the cookies in the freezer right away so they harden and the coins doesn’t melt.
