Mix equal amounts of rice crumbs and corn flake crumbs. You can also substitute Gluten free panko crumbs for one of these. Add in parsley, salt, paprika, onion and garlic powder to taste.
Cut Daiya string cheese in half. With wet hands, press the crumbs onto the string cheese. Freeze 2-3 hours. Fry 2-3 minutes until golden on each side.
