Custard (Egg Free) Hamantashen

Based off of the recipe from The Circle Magazine

 

Dough:

2 3/4 cups Bobs 1:1 flour or regular flour

2 t baking powder

1 cup oat or rice milk

1/4 cup oil

 

Mix together flour and baking powder. Knead in milk and oil until a smooth dough forms.

Roll out dough and cut small circles.

 

Fill with a spoonful of egg free custard and press together 3 sides to form hamantaschen

Sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on a baking sheet and lay hamantashen on top.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
