Chicken wontons

Chicken marinade:

2 chicken cutlets cut in tiny pieces. Combine 1/4 cup sweet red wine, 1 tablespoon coconut soy sauce, 2 tablespoons corn or potato starch, salt, pepper, 1/3 cup oil. Add in chicken. Marinate overnight in fridge.

 

Cut gluten free wraps (or wonton wrappers) into dreidel shape. Layer 2 and put chicken in middle. Wet the edges and press together tightly. Fry 2-3 min on each side in hot oil
