Gluten & Egg Free Chocolate Donuts

Ingredients:

1.5 cups Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips 

1 cup pareve milk (I use soy milk)

1 1/4 cup oat flour

1.5 tsp baking powder 

3 Tbs oil

1/4 cup sugar

 

In a small saucepan over low flame, melt the chocolate chips in the milk. When it's all melted, add the rest of the ingredients. Fill a greased silicon donut mold with batter. Don't overfill, they rise a bit and bake.

Before taking them out, leave the donuts inside mold until they cool off. This avoids having them fall apart.

This recipe can work also in a mini donut maker. Just remember to grease it first.

Frosting is made with confectioners sugar mixed with oil (use pesach sugar to avoid corn allergy)
