Ingredients:
2 carrot jars
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup seltzer + 1.5 Tbs oil
1/2 cup oil
1.5 cup flour (can useBobs Red Mill Gluten Free Flour)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Mix ingredients together until smooth and then bake on 350 for 25 minutes

I made these with canned pumpkin instead of baby food carrots. My baby loves them!
