Ingredients:

Package of puff pastry squares
1/2 container (4 oz ) tofutti cream cheese
4 oz tofutti ricotta cheese
1/4-1/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla 
1 Tbs lemon juice

Directions:
Mix the ingredients together and put a spoonful in the middle of puff pastry square

Fold all corners to the middle pinch well and place in cupcake holder (they’ll stay closed that way)

Drizzle melted chocolate or confectioners sugar glaze on top
