Egg free pancakes

Ingredients:

1 1/8 cups of flour (can use Bob's gluten flour)

1/2 cup sugar (can use monk fruit if child is off sugar)

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup apple sauce

1 cup oat milk (any milk will work)

1/4 cup oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp cinnamon

Mix and fry it till brown
