EGG FREE, GLUTEN FREE BROWNIES

Gefen brownie mix or chocolate cake mix
6 oz applesauce
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup potato starch
Mix and bake 350 till toothpick comes out clean. Center always falls - best
made in small pans so that there are more edges.

    To make the Gefen cake/cupcake mix egg free you can follow the recipe on the box then Instead of eggs add 3/4 cup of seltzer, 3 tsp oil, 1 tsp baking powder,15 Tbs starch
