Egg Free Chicken Balls

Ingredients:
1 pound of dark ground chicken
1/4 cup seltzer
1/2 tsp salt
1Tbs of oil
dash of pepper

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for an hour.

Keep your hands wet before making it into small balls and drop it into boiling chicken soup.

Keep it on a medium flame till it's ready.

It's a great alternative for knaidlach.
