Ingredients:
1 pound of dark ground chicken
1/4 cup seltzer
1/2 tsp salt
1Tbs of oil
dash of pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for an hour.
Keep your hands wet before making it into small balls and drop it into boiling chicken soup.
Keep it on a medium flame till it's ready.
It's a great alternative for knaidlach.

If you don't plan on dropping the balls into chicken soup. Then instead add some salt and chicken soup mix to your water. It will give the chicken balls more taste.
