Ingredients:
1 box of gluten free pasta
3 Tbsp Margarine
3/4 oat milk
4 frozen cubes of garlic
1.5 Tbs of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to directions on the package
Sauce (make while the pasta is cooking): Melt the margarine in a pot on a low flame. Add the garlic cubes and keep mixing. When the mixture is fully melted, add the flour and mix while adding in the oat milk.
After the sauce thickens, add the cooked pasta and continue mixing. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
