Gluten & Egg Free Oat Hamantaschen

Recipe:

2 cups oat flour

1 cup Bobs Red Mill Quick Rolled Oats

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

4 oz. unsweetened apple sauce (the ones sold in little cups are great)

1 tsp baking powder. (Use Kosher For Pesach to avoid corn allergy)

 Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips.

 

Directions:

Mix ingredients and make it into hamantaschen shape. Spray pan with cooking spray before placing on sheet. Add chocolate chips in the empty space.

Bake 20 to 25 Minutes on 350.

Freezes beautifully.
