Egg Free Cut Out Sugar Cookies (Spelt or Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

2 fake eggs*

1/2 cup sugar

1Tbsp honey

1/2 cup oil

1/8 tsp vanilla

1 3/4 cups spelt flour** or 1 5/8 of Bobs 1 to 1 Gluten free flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Mix the first five ingredients together. Then add the flour and baking powder.

Refrigerate dough. Roll out and shape .

 

*Fake eggs 

You can use Ener-G egg replacer

or mix together 3 Tbs of oil , 3 Tbs water, and 2 tsp baking powder

or use 6 Tbs of pareve milk

 

**Spelt flour

You might need a little more or a little less than 1 3/4 cups depending on how fine the flour is. Each company is different.

Someone else tried making these cookies with Authentic foods gluten free flour. It came out good but the gluten free flours are more delicate to work with.
