Beef Jerky

Ingredients:

1 Pound of Beef Jerky meat (Prime American French roast or Top of the rib)

1/2 onion chopped into tiny pieces

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp onion powder

1/8 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp oil

2 tsp of sugar or honey if you want it to be a little sweet (optional)

 

Directions:

Marinade for 2 to 3 hours in a large zip lock bag.

Spray the rack with oil spray.

Put it on a Beef Jerky Tray for 2 hours on 175.

Flip the jerky after an hour.
