Gluten Free Sushi Rice Cholent

The below should be enough to feed at least 5 people.

Ingredients:

1 small onion chopped

2 potatoes cut into big cubes

2 to 3 pieces of club steak

1.5 cups of sushi rice

1.5 Tbs salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

2 Tbs onion powder

You can add whatever other spices that your diet allows

Directions:

Pour oil to thinly cover base of crockpot. Add chopped onion and cubed potatoes.

Add meat on top.

Drizzle little oil on top of meat 

Add spices and water to cover all ingredients (around 7 to 8 cups of water)

Mix well

Cook on high for 5 hours, then add sushi rice. Keep crockpot on low until Shabbos day
