Ingredients:
1 cups oat flour
1 cup of Gluten Free Oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
Mix ingredients together and put it in greased cupcake holders
Bake on 350 for 22 minutes
*freezes beautifully just pop it in the oven for a delicious breakfast

These are so good for breakfast. I add a scoop of wow butter in the batter so that it will have protein.
