gluten and Egg free S'more cookies

Recipe:

1 1/2 cups oat flour

1 cup Bobs Cooking Oats GF

1/2 cup sugar 

1/2 cup oil 

4 oz. unsweetened apple sauce (the ones sold in little cups are great) or 4 Tbsp of soy milk

1 tsp baking powder. (Use Kosher For Pesach to avoid corn allergy)

1/4 cup  Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

Dandies marshmallows

 

Directions:

Mix ingredients together besides the marshmallows. Then wet your hands and make it into balls. (Don't flatten they fall a little bit). 

Cut the marshmallows into small pieces and push them into the cookies

Spray pan with cooking Spray or use parchment paper 

Bake for 18 minutes or until it is light brown on top. Freezes beautifully.
