Gluten & Egg Free Brownies

Ingredients:
1.5 cup oat flour
3 Tbs cocoa
2 Tbs oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder (use pesach one to avoid corn)
4 Tbs soy milk

 

Glaze:
Confectionery sugar and oil

 

Mix all ingredients together and put it in a greased pan
Bake on 350
When cool, add glaze made of confectionery sugar (pesach to avoid corn) mixed with oil.

You can make these into cupcakes also.
