Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups All purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 sticks margarine
1/2 cup white granulated suger
1/2 cup Light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup of rice or soy milk
1 cup fruity pebbles (leave 1/4 to roll them in)
Cream the margarine with the sugars, and then add the dry ingredients. Refrigerate if its sticky
Use an ice cream scooper to get perfect size cookies, then roll it in fruity pebbles and flatten a bit
Bake on 350 for 10 to 12 minutes
