egg free s'more cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups All purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4  teaspoon salt 

2 sticks margarine

1/2 cup white granulated suger

1/2 cup Light brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup of rice or soy milk

1 cup chocolate chips (save some for top)

 

Cream the margarine with the sugars, and then add the dry ingredients. Refrigerate if its sticky

Make into large balls and flatten, then put marshmellows, a few chocolate chips, and graham crackers on top 

Bake it on 350 for 10 to 12 minutes
