Egg Free Fudge Brownie (Reisman's style)

Dough Ingredients

5 cups of flour

4 sticks of margarine

One 16 ounce container of whip

 

Mix above ingredients together until dough is formed

 

Filling Ingredients (double the recipe)

1/2 cup flour

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup cocoa

1/2 cup sugar

2 Tbs oil

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup pareve milk

 

Divide the dough into 9 sections. Roll out each section 1/4 inch thick in a long narrow rectangle shape. Place the filling down the center of the dough and fold the two sides in. Do the same for the rest of the dough sections. Bake on a lined cookie sheet, seam side facing down. Make slight slits in dough before baking so it's easier to cut after.

 

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

 

When done, cut into single bars and drizzle with chocoolate
