1 cup crushed chocolate chips cookie crumbs (I used MadeGood cookies)
Chocolate filling:
8 oz whip, unwhipped
1 bag chocolate chips
Topping:
8 oz whip
8 oz wayfare cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
For filling, heat up whip until just starting to boil. Remove from flame, and add in chocolate chips. Mix untill fully melted and creamy.
For topping, whip up whip until peaks form. Add in cream cheese and confectioner's sugar.
Layer in mini cups with crumbs, chocolate filling and whipped topping.
