1 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbs oil
3 Tbs soy milk
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1/3 cup chocolate chips melted (add a tiny oil to chocolate chips and place in oven for a few minutes)
Mix all the ingredients and add the melted chocolate.
If its very runny then put it into the fridge for 30 minutes, then wet your hands so it's easier to make it into balls and drop onto greased pan. Batter will be slightly liquidy. Cookie balls will flatten on their own so leave space in between each one
Bake 15 to 20 minutes min and let it harden out of the oven
It can also be made into vanilla cookies just leave out the melted chocolate part
