Gluten free cholent

Ingredients

1 Onion

Cholent meat stew

1 piece Chicken on the bone

Marrow bones

1 cup short grain brown rice

Few carrots & potatoes

Salt

Pepper

Onion powder 

Paprika

Honey

 

Sauté 1 onion in olive oil. Add chicken, cholent meat, and marrow to brown in the pan. Add cubed potatoes and carrots. Transfer all to 9x13. Add one cup of rice. Spice well with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Drizzle with honey. 

Add 3-4 cups of water. 

Put into oven at 350 for a few hours. 

Before Shabbos, check if more water needs to be added. 

Leave in oven on 220 overnight
