Ingredients:
1 can pineapple (remove liquid)
1/2 cup flour or Bobs 1-1 gluten free flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs or sub with JUST- Egg (3 Tbs per egg)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
Blend and pour into cupcake holders or pie crust
Bake it on 350
Add egg free store bought custard on top
