Mac & Cheese (Gluten and Dairy free)

Ingredients:

1 package of pasta (we like rice macaroni - elbow shape for this)

3 cups oat milk

3 cups water

1/4 cup of nutritional yeast

1 Tablespoon salt (or to taste)

 

Boil up oat milk, water and salt. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain macaroni and quickly mix in nutritional yeast, mixing until it melts. Yum!
