Mousse cups (Egg & gluten free)

Bottom Layer:

1 cup water

2 1/3 cup Bobs 1-1 flour

1/3 cup oil

2/3 cup cocoa

2 cups sugar

1 t vanilla

2 1/2 t baking powder

Dash salt.

 

Mix well. Bake in 9x13 for 20-25min

Cool. Cut into small squares the size of the mousse cup and press firmly into cups.

 

Mousse Layer:

1 cup whip.

3 T coffee

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

 

Heat up the whip until just before boiling and add coffee. Stir till dissolved. Add both chocolate chips. Keep on low heat and mix until just melted. Pour on top of brownies in the cups.

 

Whip up remaining whip and pipe on top. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
