Egg Free Chocolate Cake

This cake was adapted from Bikur Cholim allergy newsletters.

Ingredients:

2 + 2/3  cups flour
2 cups sugar 
¾ cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1/8 + 1/8  tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 cups water
2/3 cup oil
4 tsp vinegar

*Opt 1 tsp coffe dissolved in a little water

Mix dry ingredients. Add liquids all at once. Pour int 9x13 and 1 loaf pan (or cupcakes) and bake
immediately at 350 for opproximately 50 minutes. Check on small pan sooner.
