Gluten & Egg Free Rice Challah

This rice flour challah bread recipe is a liquid batter that you need to pour it in individual silicone trays.

Ingredients:

2 cups rice flour

1 cup tapioca

3 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

2 Tbs sugar

1 1/2 cup lukewarm water

2 Tbs dried yeast

2 Tbs oil

3 egg white I used egg replaced it was fine

1 tsp vinegar room temp

 

Mix first 4 ingredients. Dissolve sugar,water and yeast. Pour that in flour. Add rest of ingredients and beat on high for 3 min.
