Gluten Free Challah

Thank you @healthyonthebeach for this delicious recipe. We adapted it for those with allergy restrictions.

Ingredients:
2 1/4 tsp gluten free dry yeast
3/4 warm water
3 Tbs honey or 5 Tbs of sugar (adjust to desired level of sweetness)
3 eggs (2 eggs can work also)
1/4 cup unsweetened Almond milk or any parve milk
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oat flour
2 tsp xantham gum (opt)

 

Directions:

Proof yeast with honey or sugar and water
Add the rest of ingredients and mix it
Put into a parchment lined loaf or spray silicone molds. Wet or oil your hands If the mixture is sticky.
Bake on 350 for 25 to 30 min until golden
