Egg Free Honey Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup oil (drop less)

2 cups sugar

1-4 oz. unsweetened apple sauce (can buy individual ones)

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup honey

4 cups flour

4 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

Mix with mixer and bake it on 350 for 12 minutes

    I made these cookies today with kings Arthur gluten free 1 to 1 flour. My kids love them, including my picky daughter. Thanks so much for this recipe!
