Gluten & Egg Free Hamantaschen (can also be made with wheat and spelt flour)

Ingredients:

2 fake eggs*

1/2 cup sugar

1Tbsp honey

1/2 cup oil

1/8 tsp vanilla

1 5/8 cups of Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Mix the first five ingredients together. Then add the flour and baking powder.

Refrigerate dough. Roll out and shape .

 

*Fake eggs 

You can use Ener-G egg replacer

or mix together 3 Tbs of oil , 3 Tbs water, and 2 tsp baking powder

*these hamantaschen can be made with spelt and wheat flour. Approximately 1.5 cups of wheat flour or 1 3/4 cups spelt flour
