Vegetable Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

Package of ground turkey (dark is juicier)

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

Few stalks celery

Directions:

Grind up first 3 Ingredients and add it to turkey. If there is no corn allergy add

 half a can of Green Giant Steam Crisp Corn, some cornflake crumbs, oil and 1/4 cup water.

 Add spices from the list that are ok. Salt, pepper, paprika, meatball spice, shwarma spice, garlic powder and onion powder.

Mix it all together and spray pan with alot of Pam. Form mixture into burgers, Dip both sides into corn flake crumbs and spray the top with Pam. Bake at 375 for about 20 min

 

* For pesach, dip into pesach potato crumbs and you can use grinded zuchini instead of corn
