Gluten Free Kishka With Gravy

Kishka Ingredients :

1.5 Cups of Bobs Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour

1/4 Cup instant mashed potatoes

1/2 Cup oil

1/2 Cup warm water

3 Tbs Sugar

Add some paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper (season according to allergies)

 

Gravy Ingredients:

6 Tbs Gluten free Flour

6 Tbs Oil

4 cups of water

3 tsp paprika

4 Tbs onion soup mix

salt, garlic powder, bit of sugar, and black pepper.

 

Directions:

Kishka - Mix the mashed potato flakes with warm water to activate, then add the rest of the kishka ingredients. 

Gravy - Make a roux with the flour and oil and cook till brown and bubbly.

Add water, paprika, onion soup mix, and other spices to roux

Cook gravy to desired thickness and pour into pan

Shape Kishka into a log and place into pan of gravy.

Cover and bake for an hour.
